SuperScrape Plus

SuperScrape Plus mats feature a multi-directional molded tread pattern that effectively scrapes tough dirt and grime from shoes. The unique drainable borders help filter water off the mat, making it ideal for use outside as a scraper mat or as a slip-resistant mat in wet areas.

Recommended for use as an outdoor scraper mat or in wet areas where additional traction is needed.

Superscrape Plus mats can be cleaned in several different ways:

  1. Commercially laundered (see Laundering Instructions)
  2. Sterilized in an autoclave.
  3. Washed by hand using the following instructions: Scrub with a deck brush (as needed), using a detergent with a neutral pH; rinse with a hose or pressure washer.

Hang to dry. Always make sure the mat is dry before placing it back in service.

SuperScrape Plus mats can be commercially laundered periodically to remove soil. The formula below does not require extensive mechanical action or drying.

  1. Flush 2-3 minutes, high water level, cold water.
  2. Break 5-10 minutes, high water level, 49˚ C.
  3. Rinse 2 minutes, high water level, cold water.
  4. Rinse 2 minutes, high water level, cold water.
  5. Drain 2 minutes.
  6. Rotate wash well with drain valve in open position to allow excess water to drain off mats.
  7. Lay mats flat following removal from washer. Allow to cool before rolling.
