- YARN: Continuous Filament Solution Dyed Nylon, Type 6 Nylon.
- TWIST: Each strand of yarn contains two plies of fiber that have been twisted individually 5.5 turns per 2.5cm and then twisted together at 4.5 turns per 2.5cm. The yarn is then heat set to permanently maintain the hard twist.
- YARN WEIGHT: 820gr/m².
- PILE THICKNESS: 10mm.
- STATIC CONTROL: Rated at less than 1KV on AATCC134 electrostatic propensity test. Satisfies IBM test requirements.
- TOTAL WEIGHT: 2.82 kg/m².
- PRIMARY BACKING: Freudenberg LUTRADUR Polyester Spun bound Non-woven Fabric 130gr/m².
- RUBBER BACKING: 100% Nitrile rubber for maximum oil resistance, weight reduction, and flexibility. Compression-molded with reinforced borders on all four sides.
- BORDER THICKNESS: 2.5mm
- BODY THICKNESS: 1.5mm
- BORDER WIDTH: 2cm

Cleaning Instructions
Classic Solutions mats can be cleaned in several different ways.
- Commercially laundered (see Laundering Instructions)
- Vacuumed regularly: daily in high-traffic areas, weekly in lower-traffic applications
- Cleaned with an extractor and laid flat to dry
Mats should always be dry before they are placed back in service and cooled before rolling.
