Recommended for indoor/outdoor use in wet or dry commercial or industrial environments including but not limited to commercial kitchens, restaurants, cafeterias, bars, food processing facilities, restrooms, and hospital scrub stations.

Comfort Flow mats can be cleaned in several different ways:

  1. Commercially laundered (see Laundering Instructions).
  2. Sterilized in an autoclave.
  3. Washed in a commercial dishwasher (please check your local health code for restrictions)
  4. Washed by hand using the following instructions:
    Scrub with a deck brush (as needed), using a detergent with a neutral pH.
    Rinse with a hose or pressure washer.
    Hang to dry.

Always make sure the mat is dry before placing it back in service.

Comfort Flow mats can be commercially laundered to remove oil, grease, and soil.

The formula below does not require extensive mechanical action or drying. The main purpose of this formula is to dissolve grease and residue by using hot water to emulsify oils and grease.

  1. Flush 2-3 minutes, high water level, cold water (49˚ C)
  2. Break 5-10 minutes, high water level, 60˚ C
  3. Rinse 2 minutes, high water level, cold water (49˚ C)
  4. Rinse 2 minutes, high water level, cold water
  5. Drain 2 minutes

Comfort Flow mats do not require extracting or drying. Lay mats flat following removal from the washer. Allow cooling before rolling.
