Here we try to answer some of the most frequently asked questions we receive regarding logging into "My Account" on M + A Matting.eu, InstaProof, and the M + A Matting Europe mobile app. Please note: In order to log into any M + A Matting Europe account - via the website, the mobile app, or InstaProof - you must be an existing customer with a M + A Matting account. If you are not already a M + A Matting customer, you can complete this form to inquire about becoming a distributor of M + A Matting Europe.

I forgot my login information for M + A Matting.eu.

If you forgot your username or password to log into M + A Matting.eu, you can request password help using this form.

I forgot my login for InstaProof or the M + A Matting mobile app.

Your InstaProof and M + A Matting Europe mobile app login information should be the same - your registered email address along with a password. If you forgot your password, you can use this link to reset it. By entering your registered email address, the system will auto-send you an email with a link to reset your password.

If I don't have an InstaProof account, how do I get one?

You can register for InstaProof access by completing this form.  Please note that in order to have an InstaProof account, you must be a M + A Matting Europe customer with a registered account.

If I don't have a M + A Matting mobile app account, how do I get one?

You can register for a M + A Matting mobile app account by downloading the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play and following the prompts to create an account. Keep in mind, that if you have an InstaProof account, that email address and password will also work for the mobile app. Please note that in order to have M + A Matting mobile app access, you must be a M + A Matting customer with a registered account.
