Colour Symphony™ washing instructions:

1. Use pre-shaking/beating machines to remove debris before washing. 

2. Wash mats at the recommended temperatures of between 40°C and 50°C. Do not exceed 50°C. 

3. Do not use detergents containing optical brightening agents, chlorine, oxidizing bleaches, or wash or rinse baths with a pH below 6 or above 10. 

4. Do not use recycled or reuse water containing optical brightening agents, chlorine, and oxidizing bleaches. The pH of the wash or rinse bath must not be below 6 or above 10. 

5. Do not wash over-dyed mats with any other mats. Over-dyed mats must be washed separately.

6. Avoid exposing mats containing acids with a pH below 6, hydrogen peroxide, oxygen or chlorine bleaches, chlorinated hydrocarbons, vegetable or biodegradable oils.  

7. Avoid solvents such as ozone, ketones, esters, aldehydes, chlorinated and nitro hydrocarbons, aromatic and aliphatic hydrocarbons. 

8. Carefully use spotting agents or chemical agents, and consult with the chemical supplier to determine if the chemical agent is suitable for use with the type of mat being treated. 

9. Strongly recommend tumble-drying of mats as part of the full processing cycle for effective drying. The mat temperature should be between 60-80°C. 

10. Membrane pressing for extraction is NOT recommended, any damage caused by the use of a membrane press will NOT be covered by the warranty. If membrane pressing is used, do not overload the pockets or use a tamping action. 

11. Do not perform extraction with G forces above 600 G.
